Here at the AHHR, we have a Community Outreach Program.
We visit elementary schools, nursing homes, church and youth groups. And any community organization. We also work closely with the local BLAST program, children from local schools along with their coaches, come up to the barn and learn all about working with the horses.

EMERGENCY HELP PROVIDED
Large animal transportation & boarding provided. In the event a traveler is transporting large animal(s) and the trailer or the towing vehicle is disabled, call AHHR and we will transport the animal(s) to our rescue facility at no charge.

!!SPONSOR A HORSE!! First choose from any horse or other animal being housed at our sanctuary. Then decide what level of sponsorship you are interested in:
6 months= $125, 3 months= $75, 1 month= $25, $10, or $5
Once you have become a sponsor, we will send you regular updates on the animal you choose, including a short bio, before and after, vet/health reports, pictures... etc.
Send us your name, address and/or email along with your tax-deductible donation. IT'S THAT EASY!
