The Victorian Christmas 2007 Mansion, Museum and Church Tours was held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday throughout downtown Williamsport.
Participants were invited to spend a “fun-filled weekend in Williamsport,” referred to by Victorian Homes Magazine as “Pennsylvania’s Mother Lode for Victorian Architecture.”
The weekend included three events: the 17th annual Toy Train Expo, the DuBoistown Garden Club’s 44th annual Holiday House, and the ninth annual Victorian Christmas homes and churches tour.
“Bring the family and enjoy the fun of toy trains, the magnificent Victorian architecture along Millionaires’ Row and the beauty of holiday decorations,” a news release said.
Activities will included tours of several Victorian and historic homes and churches on West Fourth Street, Center City and the Vallamont area, the Thomas T. Taber Museum, Peter Herdic Transportation Museum, The Rowley House Museum and the Durrwachter House Women’s Museum.
